Submission Deadlines - IDPH SCIP Infection Reporting for Hospital Report Card Act (HRCA)

Listed below are quarterly submission deadlines for Illinois hospitals (or their vendors) to submit SCIP XML files to the Illinois Hospital Association (IHA) for the IDPH SCIP Infection Reporting. IDPH will not accept corrections to the SCIP XML files after the final quarterly deadlines noted below.

Hospitals/vendors submitting these data should ensure their data are corrected prior to submission to IHA. Hospitals participating in the IHA Comparative Initiative may choose to submit their AMI, HF and PN XML files to IHA along with their SCIP cases.

The COMPdata submission deadlines for entering your Population and Sampling counts for SCIP Infection Reporting for HRCA are due on the same day as the data submission deadlines.
